Team Registration - Hotel Policy

With the tremendous growth of the recruiting tournaments, CSE has entered into room block contracts with hotel properties across the five CSE events. This is to ensure that there are enough hotel rooms for all of the participating teams within the immediate area of the event. CSE has negotiated the most competitive room rates for tournament participants. All large hotel room block contracts contain significant financial penalties to the organization making the room block (in this case, CSE if a certain percentage of the rooms are not booked and used).

CSE strongly encourages tournament participants to reserve rooms within the CSE room block through the tournament's hotel registration website. Teams that comply with the Hotel Program- meaning that they agree to book their team's housing within the CSE room block through the tournament's hotel registration website- will receive priority registration for our events over those teams that do not. Teams that chose not to take part in the Hotel Program will have wait until after October 18 to register for the 2024 National Cup and run the risk of the event selling out.
