Team Registration - IWLCA Brine Presidents Cup Presented by New Balance Hotel Policy

In order to be eligible to compete in the IWLCA Brine Presidents Cup Presented by New Balance, teams must book their hotel accommodations through Anthony Travel, the Official Travel provider for this tournament and meet the minimum requirements set by Disney. Disney requires each team to book a minimum of 12 total rooms, each with a two-night stay; eight (8) rooms must be booked at an approved Disney property and the remaining four (4) rooms may be booked at an onsite Disney property OR an approved off-Disney property.

Teams that are based within a 75-mile radius of the ESPN Wide World of Sports complex and are planning to commute are exempt from complying with the IWLCA Hotel Policy. All teams over 75 miles are expected to book with the designated travel provider - no exceptions. Addresses used for the determination of the distance/time will be the address of ESPN Wide World of Sports and the club’s physical address or the physical address of the club’s home fields whichever is closer. Google Maps TM or other approved online mapping services will be used to determine driving distance and time.

Teams choosing not to agree to the housing requirements will not be able to complete the registration process. If your team is waitlisted during registration, the housing requirements would have been agreed to prior to completing the registration. Waitlisted teams ultimately admitted to the tournament will be expected to comply with the housing requirements.
