The 2025 The Sentry will be held at The Plantation Course at Kapalua from January 2 - 5. We appreciate your interest in volunteering for the event! To reserve your place as a The Sentry volunteer, please note the following: Committee Assignments: You may choose three committee preferences, but you will only be placed in one committee. We cannot guarantee assignments, but we will make every effort to accommodate your preference. Please be sure to read the Committee Descriptions to ensure that you understand the time commitment for certain committees. Apparel: The required volunteer package consists of two golf shirts (Levelwear brand) and one baseball cap OR visor. Uniform distribution dates will be announced at a later date. Requirements: Volunteers must be 18 years of age to participate and are required to work a minimum of 3 shifts. Please note if you select 'All Day' as a shift preference, you may be scheduled to work both an AM and PM shifts. Shift lengths vary between committees and may be between the hours of approximately 6:00am-4:00pm. Some committees will have a mandatory training session prior to tournament week. Please note, SHOTLink Mobile Spotters are required to work all four tournament days. Volunteer Badge: Your volunteer badge will admit you to the The Sentry, Thursday through Sunday. Your volunteer uniform should ONLY be worn on the days you are working. Meals: Every volunteer will receive one meal per working day which can be redeemed at volunteer headquarters.
