You are cordially invited to participate in the 19th Annual Couples Challenge taking place Friday, February 14th through Sunday, February 16th, 2025. This event will be held at Magnolia Grove, the southernmost site on the Robert Trent Jones Golf trail, and the Renaissance Battle House Hotel. Couples will enjoy an exciting weekend of golf, dining, and lodging as they “experience Alabama” at its finest.

Entry Fee
Entry fees of $1,550 per couple are collected beginning September 1st, 2024 and are due by October 31st, 2024.

Teams
A team will be recognized as two players.
 
Field
The tournament will be limited to 108 teams. Entries are on a first come basis until the event is full. Cancellations will be filled from a wait list.
 
Format
Crossings: Shamble – 70% of each player’s handicap
Falls: Scramble – 70% A Player, 30% B Player
 
Handicap
Participants must have a valid USGA handicap.
 
Flights
The event will be pre-flighted based on the combined player handicap index. Tournament scoring will be on a net basis for each flight. Players 65 and older are eligible to play the senior tees with handicap being based on course rating and slope.
 
Extended Accommodations
We will be happy to coordinate extra night’s stay prior to or after the event if desired. Group discount rate of $140 + taxes and fees for additional nights is limited to Wednesday, February 12th / Thursday, February 13th / Sunday, February 16th. Please note any of these requests in the "Additional Night Accommodations" text field.
 
Additional Golf
We will be happy to coordinate additional rounds of golf leading up to the event at the prevailing rack rate. Please note any of these requests in the "Additional Practice Rounds" text field.
 
Cancellation/Refund
Participants registered then unable to attend will be eligible for a full refund of tournament entry refund up to 30 days prior to event. After January 14th, 2025, paid fees for the event will be forfeited.
